How We Handle It

The usual fix. The worn cell is replaced, then charging behaviour and current draw are tested to confirm the problem is genuinely solved.

Charging circuit repair

If the port or the charging circuit on the board is at fault, a new battery would not have helped. That gets repaired instead.

Software check first

Sometimes the answer is a rogue app or a settings issue. If that is what we find, we will tell you — there is no repair to sell.
