How We Handle It

Modern iPhone displays are laminated assemblies — the glass, touch layer and OLED or LCD panel are bonded together. Once the glass cracks, dust and moisture start reaching the layers underneath, which is why a "small crack" often grows into touch failure or display bleed within weeks.
