What the warranty covers

When we repair or replace a part, the warranty covers that part and the workmanship of that repair. If a replaced display develops a fault of its own, or a repair we performed fails in normal use, bring the device back — we re-repair it at no cost within the warranty period.

The exact warranty period depends on the type of repair and the part used, and is stated on your repair receipt when you collect the device. Ask us for the applicable period before approving a repair — you'll always get a straight answer.

What the warranty does not cover

• New physical damage — a replaced screen that is subsequently cracked or dropped is new damage, not a warranty case.
• Liquid damage after the repair — opened devices cannot be guaranteed to retain their original water resistance, and new liquid exposure is outside warranty.
• Unrelated faults — the warranty covers the repair performed, not the whole device. A battery warranty doesn't cover a camera that later fails.
• Subsequent work by others — if another shop opens the device after our repair, our warranty on that repair ends.
• Board-level and liquid-damage repairs — these are inherently less predictable than part replacements; warranty terms for such repairs are discussed case by case and stated on your receipt.

How to claim

1. Bring the device and your repair receipt to the workshop (or call us to arrange pickup).
2. We verify the fault is covered — usually a quick check.
3. Covered faults are re-repaired free of charge, prioritised in the queue.

A note on honesty

We would rather under-promise here than bury exclusions in fine print. If you're unsure whether something would be covered, ask before the repair — the answer you get is the answer that holds.
