• Contact details you provide via our enquiry form, phone, WhatsApp or email: name, phone number, email address and your message.
• Device information needed to perform a repair: device model, serial/IMEI where relevant, and a description of the fault.
• Website analytics: if analytics is enabled, standard usage data (pages visited, approximate location, device type) is collected via Google Analytics using cookies. No analytics data identifies you personally to us.

Your device and its data during repair

• We access the data on your device only to the extent necessary to diagnose and test the repair (for example, verifying the display, cameras and speakers work).
• We do not copy, browse or share your personal files, photos or messages.
• Where a repair risks data loss (board-level or liquid-damage work), we tell you before starting and recommend a backup wherever possible.
• You may choose to provide your passcode to allow full function testing; you can decline, in which case testing is limited accordingly.

How we use your information

• To respond to enquiries and provide repair services.
• To contact you about the status of your repair.
• To maintain repair records for warranty purposes.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing messages without your consent.
