How does mail-in repair work for the rest of Assam and the Northeast?
Courier your device to our Bhangagarh address (contact us first so we can log the incoming device and advise on safe packing). We diagnose, share the quote on WhatsApp, repair after your approval and courier the device back to you.
Is my device safe during pickup?
Every device is logged with its condition at collection, handled by our own staff, and tracked through the workshop. We recommend noting your device passcode arrangements with us — see our privacy policy for how your data is treated.
Does pickup cost extra?
Charges depend on distance and are confirmed up front when you book — no surprises. For many repairs within the city, pickup is a nominal add-on to the repair cost.
