How We Handle It

A broken back is more than cosmetic. Loose glass edges are sharp, shards keep detaching, and the opening lets dust and moisture reach the wireless charging coil and camera assembly. On many models the back glass is bonded to the frame with strong adhesive, which is why proper removal matters — forcing it off can damage antennas and the charging coil.

Our technicians remove the damaged panel carefully, clean out every fragment and the old adhesive, inspect the wireless charging coil and antennas, and fit the new glass with fresh adhesive for a factory-like finish. We test wireless charging and camera function before returning the phone.
