Cracked displays, cracked back glass and liquid ingress are not warranty matters, and they are what we see most on new phones. The variable-aperture main camera and the Face ID sensor stack both sit behind glass that has to be removed carefully, so this is precision work rather than a quick swap.
Quality parts for a phone released this month take considerably longer to reach the Northeast than parts for older models. Call with your exact model and fault before travelling — we will confirm what is realistically available and how long it would take, rather than have you make the trip twice.
Apple’s foldable goes on sale later this year. Folding displays are a different class of repair worldwide, and we will not know what is serviceable on this model until units have actually been opened. We would rather say that now than promise something we cannot yet stand behind.
